GSM MONITORING ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to recent network changes, your monitoring has become obsolete. As your solar installer we have been working with manufacturers to get competitive pricing on the new monitoring component needed for your system. This component is optional and is only used to monitoring your system. Not having this installed will not affect your production but will help in proactively knowing if your system is functional.

When Internet is NOT AVAILABLE. Only Compatible with SolarEdge Systems.

Internet Hardwire …………………………………………………………………… $150

Not all systems are compatible for hardwire. Customer will need to run ethernet cable from router to outside SolarEdge inverter.,

TP Link Extender …………………………………………………………………….. $80

Extend range of internet already available.

If you wish to monitor your system using the outside hardware, please contact us to connect you with a technician. Older inverters (without a screen) may not have this option.

Includes Professional Installation with active Service Warranty. If your Service Warranty has expired, please reach out to learn more about our Panel Guard Warranty options.

Please send an email to nicole@txsolarsystems.com or nidia.garcia@txsolarsystems.com to request your monitoring device. We will confirm the combability of the device you requested and send you an invoice.

Please make the payment online via the invoice secure link or you may call us to take your payment over the phone. 210-829-5420 ext 102.

ORDER STATUS & INSTALL

Once payment has been made, we will immediately place the order for your component. Due to increased demand the item may not be immediately available for shipping and may be in backorder. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as it becomes available from the manufacturer. Once the item is in route, we will add your install to our technician’s schedule. We will call you to confirm the time and date.
